Retainer & Re-Analysis
Retainer services leverage GDC's experience and independent perspective to assist companies in
maximizing their market knowledge through re-analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of a company's
existing research and analysis. Retainer services take the following forms:
- Re-Analysis - Firms have tremendous knowledge within their organizations via their employees and staff,
as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in internal and third-party research and analysis.
Often this research and knowledge is never fully realized or leveraged by an organization for
numerous reasons; the knowledge is spread across or fragmented within an organization, corporate
politics, research is not disseminated to enough or to key employees, interpretation of research
and analysis is incomplete, and staff or management lack the time and resources for a thorough evaluation. GDC's experience and independent external perspective can assist firms in maximizing their market
knowledge, and existing research and analysis. GDC will work to uncover the untapped knowledge and
provide a thorough interpretation and dissemination of your firm's research and expertise to create
deliverables that are applicable and actionable to the firms' specific business needs.
- Strategic Support - GDC can supplement the staffing needs for your firm's
marketing, sales, or operations department by providing additional support from project planning and
strategy validation to market entry and new product/service development.
- Discussion Facilitator/Speeches – GDC can lead your next business planning meeting,
strategic offsite, board meeting, or client/advisor conference with key industry trends and insight,
as well as assist with strategic discussions, review opportunities and challenges, and act as a
